-You may request an appointment through the website or via text at (763) 439-6560

-All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation text/email or the appointment will be canceled.

-If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment start.

-Any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice will automatically be charged the full service amount. If your appointment required a deposit, it will be forfeited.

-All clients must have a valid credit card and current indemnity form on file at all times. Removing this information will result in an immediate cancellation of all future appointments.

-Your appointment may require a deposit fee. Your scheduled time is not guaranteed until this is paid. Your deposit is non-refundable.

-All service & product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

-In the event that you receive damaged product, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase so we can replace the product for you.

-Clients are expected to arrive on time with freshly cleansed eyelashes. No makeup or moisturizer is allowed. If you must arrive with makeup or moisturizer on, please allow yourself enough time to thoroughly cleanse with the provided makeup remover and lash shampoo before your appointment is scheduled to begin. There is a restroom located in the hallway to the left of our suite.

-Do not consume any type of caffeine 3 hours prior to your appointment. Caffeine causes the eyes to flicker, which can be detrimental to your health and safety.

-Lash appointments are silent appointments. Please feel free to bring headphones to enjoy your relaxation time.

Every 2-4 weeks. The vast majority of clients come every 3 weeks for a fill. After 4 weeks you will need to schedule a new fullset.

-All extension clients must first book a consultation appointment. At this time, we will go over your hair goals and discuss what appointments need to be booked next.

-For all installations, please arrive with freshly washed and blow dried hair. Do not apply any products to the roots.

-It is your responsibility to maintain your extensions. Any color corrections or matting of the hair will be an additional service charge. Hair extension removal fee is $150/hour.
